But young people from low income backgrounds, who could be the lifeblood of these diverse teams, are three times less likely to be in a job or course after leaving school (Impetus, 2019).

They are also twice as likely to have communication difficulties. This presents a major barrier to working in an organisation, from speaking confidently in a job interview to communicating effectively with clients.
