It's a friendly and relaxed environment with no pressure, so perfect if you feel less confident speaking. It's average to feel nervous speaking in front of a group (70% of university students we surveyed felt apprehensive.)
You'll be supported by Peer Mentors, who are students who've been through similar journeys, and by mentors from top employers like Investec, Just Eat, Google, Dojo, General Electric or Wavemaker.
Participants receive a Certificate of Achievement. The next 4-week programme starts w/c 10 June.

Support from Peer Mentors
Our workshop Facilitators are university students and graduates who have been through the same journey as you building their confidence.
They'll introduce you to your employer mentors, help you find out what you're passionate about and give you supportive feedback.
The Facilitators are a really friendly group of people who can share their tips and advice, and answer any questions you have.
We Speak key steps
1Introduce
You'll meet your Mentors for the first time and take part in interactive exercises to develop speaking confidence.
2Discover
The Mentors will lead conversations with you to explore your ideas and
develop communication skills for the workplace.3Interview
The next step is interview practice, with your Mentors giving you personalised feedback on your interview skills.
4Practice
The programme wraps up with some presentation practice, with supportive feedback from Mentors to help build confidence.
